( GAL 001 ) GET A LIFE - Get A Life (12") Get A Life Germany

 It's a classic old school taunt that, to be fair, has stood the test of time, but now Get A Life is also a red hot new minimal label and eponymous production outfit. We cannot tell you any more than that about who or what might be behind these beats so let's get stuck right in: 'Music PPL' is both playful and funky but fresh with fresh old school Madonna samples and a slick groove. 'Shootin' is another full flavour sound with more deft sampling and a nice undulating and loopy groove while 'I Love You' is a tech house offering embellished with bleeping melodies and fractured female vocals. 'They Do' is the best of the lot - a stripped down and airy late night minimal groove.
